Dec 14, 2020 · Currently deciding between the Gigabyte G34WQC (VA) [sold out everywhere] and the LG 35WN65C-B I'm in the same position as you. However, the Gigabyte does not boast a USB-C port like the LG. Like the OP, I'd be 80% productivity/ 20% gaming so that USB-C port for quickly connecting up my work/personal laptop without a hub is a major factor.

Nov 20, 2020 · Has anyone had any luck installing the drivers for the LG 35WN-65C. I downloaded the drivers for LG's 38GN950-B model as many of Newegg's reviews suggested. I downloaded the drivers, extracted using 7-ZIP, downloaded the drivers for Ultra-Wide Monitor. I checked in Device Manager. The driver is there, I clicked on scan for hardware changes.

Dec 1, 2022 · I eventually bought LG 35WN65C-B - non USB-C version. It was weird for a while - took me while to adjust myself as I've been using dual 24 inch monitors for more than 10 years. For me the main feature was the higher refresh rate (100Hz) for some casual gaming.

Oct 9, 2020 · I know this is old but this topic is often referenced all around Reddit. As I can see, the only difference between LG 35WN65C-B and LG 35WN75C-B is apparently that the former does not have an USB-C port, while the latter does. Both have 100 Hz refresh rate.

Feb 8, 2021 · I game casually and do a mostly coding for my job. I was looking at different Costco options for 1440p Ultrawide and saw this LG 3440x1440 100hz VA. I don't find many reviews for it outside of Costco's website. Any opinions on this monitor? My current monitor is LG 2560x1080 75hz IPS. It's a great monitor.

Sep 27, 2021 · The price is fairly reasonable too. However, as with all great things, there seems to be a catch. The reviews on the LG website don’t seem to be the best, with most saying the monitor has quality control issues - especially with the USB-C. I’ve looked at various other monitors and none really just appeal to me as this one does.

Jan 9, 2022 · I believe you have the same exact monitor as me since I got it from Costco as well - the 35” LG 35WN65C-B. Unfortunately, none of the gaming consoles support 21:9 aspect ratio so you’ll have to deal with the black bars unless you stretch the output (which I don’t recommend as it looks ugly, to me at least).
