2018年8月9日 · No cumbersome heart rate strap. Just a heart rate monitor watch to wear on my wrist. The only con I can think of is that the watch BARELY fits my wrist. It is a bit uncomfortable, but not so much that I can't do whatever exercise I am using it to track. I gave away my Polar heart rate monitor watch and the strap after getting the Mio.

2017年6月4日 · I just got a heart rate monitor and am playing around with the recommendations in this article. I'm 45, so I'm trying to keep my heart rate under 180 - 45 + 5 = 140. If I'm doing sets of 7, I need my heart rate to be down to about 100 when I start a set to keep it under 140 after the set. So far so good.

2017年3月3日 · There are definitely fitness apps that track your heart rate via bluetooth strap. I am not super familiar with iOS, but I will tell you that most bluetooth straps should be compatible with an iPhone. A fitbit or garmin with a wrist based monitor might work but it might be slightly more inaccurate.
