黄山下来后我们选择了距离不远的宏村游玩，从汤口镇包车过去大约需要40分钟的车程，宏村是典型的徽派建筑古镇，里面商业气息还不算太重，进门的那个池塘还是很让人惊艳，白墙黑瓦的房子里倒影在池塘里，是一幅很美的天然画，宏村不是很大，里面历史厚重，如果第一次去，最好请个导游！ skelley62的完整评论

来之前查了一下，宏村景区是世界文化遗产，国家5Ａ2000年11月30日，宏村被联合国教科文组织列入了世界文化遗产名录。是国家首批12个历史文化名村之一，国家级重点文物保护单位、安徽省爱国主义教育基地、国家5A级景区。[1] 宏村有“画里乡村”之称，截至2014年，全镇完好保存明清民居140余幢，主要景点有：南湖春晓，书院诵读，月沼风荷，牛肠水圳，双溪映碧，亭前古树，雷岗夕照等。[2] ultrafussypants的完整评论

And the day after I will take the bus back to Tunxi bus station, will it be the same place where I get drop the first day? Thanks for help. If both day is the same bus stop, I will try to get the hotel close to Yihao Tanhuafu Hotel or Hongcun exotic Hotel since it might be hard to carry the luggage. Thanks for any advice.

Thanks Dolores. I guess the taxi drop you near Jisi Bridge and you need and you walk on that street to the main entrance then. Not that they have many entrance that we can enter. …

Yes, 2 hrs should be sufficient to tour the whole village. Enjoy the scene, especially all the photos you take. Somehow, the photos are way more astonishing than the real scenes.

Sorry, it is a little bit late for the answer but it might be useful for another traveler. I did the trip in 2002. It was an organised trip and we made both places the same day. I felt it was a …

Sorry, it is a little bit late for the answer but it might be useful for another traveler. I did the trip in 2002. It was an organised trip and we made both places the same day. I felt it was a good timing. If you prefer to take more time, I would suggest to spend the night in HongCun because in my memory it more picturesque than XiDi, especially thanks to the water reflections of the houses. BTW, if in the meantime you did the trip, let us know whether you agree with me.
