In 2020 the side effects of my blood pressure medication - lysinopryl (10mg)- reached an unbearable toll. I could no longer continue with that medicarion. At a huge risk to my health, I stopped taking it and suffered some consequences for it. I would never recommend that! Everyday thereafter was trial and error to lower my blood pressure.
