2021年9月20日 · My X1 TV box stopped working. Yes, I checked all the cables and plugs. Yes, I am using the correct HDMI input settings. Yes, I used the Xfinity mobile app to troubleshoot. Yes, I did a system reboot. The bot in the app did another system reboot. It didn't work. I just keep getting "No Signal" messages on the TV screen.

The tv could be on for several hours and it will shut off or on for only five minutes and shut off. I am unable to turn the box back on until we hear a click as if the remote was used to shut if off (it wasn't).

Our understanding is that X1 is not truly compatible with an SD TV. If we're forced to update to X1 in order to keep On-Demand, we'll either have to replace the SD TV or ditch it.
