2018年12月29日 · Hi - I would be grateful of any advise on newly purchased Office 2019 (bought downloaded yesterday). All applications bar Word appear to launch OK. Once or twice I have managed to launch Word in Safe mode but upon closing and re-opening it won't load again (either in safe mode or normal mode).
