Customers that had TWC/Brighthouse email accounts previously used a separate webmail site to access the email service. Now you can access the email directly from the online account by clicking the Check Email link .

Roadrunner accounts were associated with legacy TWC accounts, and since becoming Spectrum in 2016, new email accounts have the @spectrum.com domain. It sounds like you had an older email associated with a previous account, and that the email was recently purged.
