2019年1月20日 · I realize this is a old thread, but I registered just today because I have the same question. I purchased a M&P compact 22 about 3 weeks ago, have about 600 rounds through it and just last week noticed the spring loaded rear sight. Still shoots accurately, (or as accurately as I can). This is normal? Please help

2021年9月2日 · My Compact 22 was really good for what i had it for, fun and plinking. But it never was as accurate as my Buckmark or Victory 22’s; both had far better triggers not to mention barrel length etc. Never had any issues after 1k plus rounds (ammo or otherwise) with the Compact, it just didnt hit the range as often as the other 22’s.

2024年6月26日 · Finally had a chance to address the M&P 22 Compact extraction problem. I normally just run a bore snake through the bore and lightly oil the pistol after shooting it about twice a month. Based on recommendations here, I soaked the chamber with carbon solvent and brushed heavily. Problem solved. Thanks for the suggestion.

2020年2月18日 · OK, got notification that S&W has shipped my M&P 22 compact via FedEx today and it will arrive on Wednesday, so 3 weeks from the time they received it, they shipped it back. Pretty good turnaround I guess.

2020年3月7日 · I purchased A Smith and Wesson M&P 22 compact. After approximately 500 round of various ammo I noticed " keyhole". Thinking I may have really screwed something up while cleaning it I wrote it off and shoved it in the safe. So I buy another one due to the fact it was a fun pistol to shoot. After only 300 rounds. low and behold it happened again!!!!!

2017年4月6日 · My M&P 22 compact had an awful trigger when I bought it but I sent it to Bill Springfield for his trigger job. He charges $65 that includes return postage and he just needs the lower frame so you can ship it to him by USPS priority mail.
