Try mod manager (pc app) and cc swiper (mobile app) by gametimedev. It allows u to choose cc from your phone and when connected to ur pc, it'll download the cc you liked from cc swiper.

Umm CAS CC I'd choose Clumsy Alien, Arethabee, MiikoCC and AHarris00Britney for MM style clothes. For make up my go to's are definitely Cryptic Sims and Praline Sims.
