2016年1月5日 · 1 Correct answer. There are 2 possibilities. One is to Clean wipe ( Format ) of OS as mentioned in above reply. Second is to try different version , if the user has tried CC 2015 version earlier and the trial period clock has ended, you can still try CC 2014 version.
