ACOG's and MP5's - AR15.COM
Sep 10, 2021 · Anybody else running one? Mounted this up today. 2x amber dot compact ACOG, B&T mount. The mount is designed for the 4x Acogs but still works with the compact ones. Ralph Jr host 10mm host gun. Sight aquisition is incredibly fast and precise. Crystal clear optics. Figured it might help stretch the legs on the 10mm a bit. Attached File

Oct 3, 2021 · As a huge fan of the 1.5x16 and 2x compact Acogs, I wanted to find a way to put them on some MP5's. Searching for mounts, I was able to find a B&T claw mount. This mount is designed for a 4x ACOG. I ordered one and installed a 2x ACOG on my MP5-10. Because the compact Acogs are smaller, only one screw would fit through the B&T mount into the optic.

Apr 4, 2023 · Get a longer rail on the MP5 so you can slap an M16A4 carry handle on it and then you can just use the adapter from that to put the acog on

Jul 2, 2019 · I'm thinking about an ACOG for my MP5/10. All of my 9mms have red dots, but the 10mm has longer legs. Some magnification would be nice, and I love the ACOG on my PS90.

Mar 19, 2001 · The point behind an ACOG on the MP5 is to garuntee first-shot kills. We're not asking for the scope from the Robar, here, just a measly 4x. The idea is not to snipe at 100+ yards, but to increase the probability of hitting the a close-range target in the head.

Mar 20, 2024 · I suggest instead to give ACOG to Azami, Jäger, and Bandit/s okay but real talk rook and doc should only have access to it on their p90. Also feel like Mute and Echo should have Acogs while Wamai and Goyo lose theirs.

Mar 16, 2008 · If you can mount a micro T-1, that'd probably be the best combo. If you can get an EOtech to sit low enough, that'd probably be one awesome awesome cqb weapon. I can't really see someone using an ACOG on an MP5.....3.5 or 4x is just too much for a 9mm smg.
