2019年11月6日 · Uninstalling RGL is fine if there are still games installed, but you can't uninstall the Social Club if you have any game installed. whatever you might do to with the RGL, backup the RDR2 install directory (Program Files/Rockstar Games) I did copy it to a drive, then moved it to desktop before uninstalling everything.

I fixed by canceling the update, closing the launcher and then by deleting the GTA5.exe in the installation folder. I restarted the launcher and it redownloaded the whole update again (it was around ~75MB) and at the end it worked.
