Kobold is pretty simple. Make terrain, blow up terrain. If people get afraid of terrain, hack them to need to go to terrain. For maximum terrain making, go Kobold 3/Raleigh 3 for the UNCLE, grab a second mount via your Core bonuses, put a second slag gun in so you can fire 2 slag guns/turn.
