It's definitely not a dead ringer for ice cream. The texture is quite powdery and the mouthfeel is much thinner. If you want a frozen dessert with fewer calories than ice cream, sorbet is already a thing! If what you want is ice cream, Halo Top does not have the creaminess and doesn't substitute - you are better off with a small ice cream bar.

2020年10月28日 · Red velvet halo top is tasty. I also enjoy the cinnamon bun. My favorite low cal ice cream is definitely breyers delights cookies and cream though. If you come across it and like cookies and cream, I suggest trying it. Very creamy with good chunks of cookies in it.

2020年5月27日 · Mine was pretty much exactly like the consistency of regular ice cream once I left it out for 5-10 minutes. I might give Halo Top another chance, but if they’re upping the calorie counts than I wouldn’t really consider it a “diet” ice cream anymore.
