2018年1月16日 · The Delta Q3/40-650 is a variable speed saw leveraging a graphite C arm on a 90 pound chassis. The Delta has minimal vibration, likely the result of the low moving mass of the C arm coupled with the heavy chassis. The cutting speed is fast and "buttery" due to the non parallel C arm design. This makes this saw my choice for most work.

And the new owner of Delta does contact Mikes Tools to see if they still have any of the parts left. Mikes Tools as been selling off the Delta parts inventory through ebay for the last 9 years. "Once there gone there gone".

2015年11月8日 · I have the problem described by Mr. Unix, a shattered speed control rotor on my 40-601 Delta Scroll Saw. I understand how and can make the replacement rotor that he developed. However, the axel on which the rotor hub is secured appears to be pressed into the cast iron housing of the saw. Moreover, the axel has a gear mounted to it.

Repairing a DELTA 40-694 - Scroll Saw Village
2019年6月17日 · I am also having a similar problem with my Delta 40-694 scroll saw. The difference is that the saw will turn on, run for several seconds and then stop. I followed this thread and replaced the breaker, so that is brand new. I also by-passed the starter switch and the saw will turn on, run for a few seconds and then cut off again.
