The proportions of the viewport also change – the correct size of the viewport is 2’-0”x3’-0” and in the auto-scaling version it becomes 1’-9 1/8” x 3’-9 5/8” This occurs outside of ProjectWise, too.

For instance, if I want to show my viewport with a scale that would show 1" on paper equal to 20' of drawing; I would use 1"=20' for the name and values of 1 for paper and 20 for model.

2019年9月23日 · On earlier releases of AutoCAD/LT, I'd suggest keeping the Properties panel open to make the scale and locking parameters more accessible. Set the scale of the layout viewport, use PAN to avoid risking inadvertent zooming with the middle mouse button if you use it to pan, and then lock the layout viewport. Dieter

2019年1月8日 · Set PSLTSCALE to 1, then any linetype will scale to match the paperspace scale. It will also help if you set MSLTSCALE to 1 (models space lines match the scale set in model space when viewed in model space) and LTS to 1.

However, what I need is to scale the drawing to a specific scale, which it is 1/16" = 1' and later to different ones.I noticed, watching some videos, that the way that usually people do it is using/changing the Properties>Misc Tab>Standard Scale.
