After listening to podcasts for about 2-3 hours -- no loud noises, no music -- I took the pods out of my ears to watch TV instead and I noticed that my tinnitus is louder than ever.

I have to remove them to take a call and hopefully have my case on me or then my sister is accidentally in my pocket unless I make additional efforts.
