    1. Warm-up: Start by doing a two-minute round of jumping jacks.
    2. Shadowboxing: Choose a boxing combo to practice, such as jab-uppercut-jab.
    3. Conditioning: Practice five burpees or sprints, five sit-ups, five push-ups, five lunges, and five squats.
    4. Footwork: Practice side steps and forward-and-back steps, for ten minutes.
    5. Round One: Moderate-intensity jogging as a warm-up.
    6. Round Two: Shadowboxing w/ resistance bands.
    7. Round Three: Jumping rope.
    8. Round Four: One minute each of: walking lunges, push-ups, crunches.
    9. Round Five: Heavy bag work (suggested combo of jab, jab, cross).
    10. Round Six: Heavy bag work (Suggested combo of jab, cross, jab, uppercut).
