If you’re a new Costco.com member, select Create Account, then enter your email address and your choice of password. If you’re a member, enter the membership number found on your membership card. You’re now ready to start shopping! Note: Maintaining an active Costco membership doesn’t automatically register you on Costco.com.

Retrieving your order history is simple! Just head over to Costco.com and select Orders & Returns near the top of the page. Log in using your email address and password. Once in Orders & Purchases, select the time period you want to view. Voilà! You can see all orders placed within the last two years (in six month increments).
Return or Replace your Costco.com Online Order
Items returned through Costco.com will be refunded** - including shipping and handling fees - and will be credited to the credit card used to place your order. Can I change the shipping address on an order I placed?
In the event that you need a complete change in your shipping address information for a small package delivery, please contact us so that we can either attempt to cancel the order or request a "return to sender." That way, you can place a new order using the updated address. Changes that can occur with a shipping address change.
