Those can be had for, depending on length, 550 bux from chimney liner depot. The insulation helps with draft and for fire protection.

2012年11月14日 · Class A chimney pipe is not really meant for installation for inside of a masonry chimney. How is the chimney pipe being supported? With a liner, this issue is easy, but not so easy with this setup. The connection from the stove to the "liner" should be done with a stainless connector. I think the closest offset with two 6", 45s will be 6".

Try to keep the surface flue temps between 250 and 400 during the peak of the burn cycle. Once the fire is at the coal only stage it's ok if the temps drift lower. The fire is past the creosote producing stage.
