It runs just like my old Windows 7 . . . except of course for quite a few bugs that are unrelated to Classic Shell, like constant IE11 crashes. To be honest, although I think Windows 8.1 is an abomination, Classic Shell will make you pretty much unaware of 8.1, THANK GOD.
