2022年6月2日 · Luckily the old external stock Rad batteries are pretty easy to swap out with a 3rd party (I'd like to see what people are doing with the newer semi-integrated battery mods on the Rover 6+ and City 5+ models). 2022年9月21日 · Like many others, I shorted out my battery accidentally and was then told by Rad that I couldn't replace the fuse on the semi-integrated battery. I call BS Rad. I used two YouTube videos and a $1 fuse from Princess Auto and my semi-integrated battery is just fine. A heck of a lot cheaper than Rad's $750 (CAD) replacement battery.

2021年3月27日 · Edmonton here. Have you ever had issues with snow messing up the battery connections? I've been riding my rad rover step thru for over a year and the battery suddenly cut out today mid ride, but we got 10-20cm of snow in the past 24 hours so I wonder if maybe a connection just got wet.

2024年5月21日 · I called Rad Power and they told me I needed a new controller, wiring harness, and battery mount. Total of about $250. I have had this bike for about 2 years. I've ridden about 300 miles and have not put enough wear and tear on it to warrant this inferior these kinds of failures. Has anyone else had issues with their Rad Rover's.

2022年7月9日 · Rad has stores in Seattle and in California one in Berkeley one in San Diego or make one close to your location I live in nor cal and many people have tried my mini step thru and rover 5 step thru. Usually after a ride and the fact the mini has 2200miles and the rover over 3000 I always recommend if possible to go to a store location and test ride.

2023年9月8日 · Bro! My front brake still feels like crap, but it's leaps and bounds better after step #2. I bled it several times and the lever still bottomed out. Came like that from the factory too, so RAD couldn't figure it out either. Kudos to you for figuring this out.

I watched Kyle's video, and the installation seems pretty easy. Since it only took you 5 minutes, I take it that the install was plug-and-play with no difficulty?
