If you're connecting via the VirtualLink port, it's super important that you have a USB 3.0 cable since USB 2.0 cables don't work with it.

2021年9月15日 · The charging cable while it can be used for link has some limitations. It's only 3 foot long to start with so very short and it's also only a usb 2 cable so its performance won't be as good as it could be.

2021年12月14日 · My quest 2 charges from 0 to 50% in about hour when I'm playing over cable link. It doesn't charge beyond that in cable link to prevent unnecessary wear to the battery. I'm using the official cable though, so your cable might not be able to handle the power draw.

2021年8月6日 · A second window should pop up asking if Oculus Link is allowed. Say yes to that and you have Link running. A USB 2 cable does work but it basically turns your Quest 2 into a Quest 1. Oculus Desktop will bitch about it but you can ignore that. If you aren't getting the allow prompts in the headset with other cables - it's not the cable.
