2022年12月2日 · Any modern HDMI will support up to 240hz in 1080p. This is actually a 144hz or a 165hz monitor that supports up to 180hz via overclocking in the Nvidia control panel. If he opens that he can set the custom refresh rate to 180. I had to do this for a similar 4K monitor when I wasn’t getting the advertised 165hz even with display port.

That is correct. Your GPU can output as many frames as it wants. Your screen however can only display as many frames as its refresh rate. So a 60Hz monitor will be able to display 60 fps, no matter how many frames your GPU can output. A higher refresh rate, like 120Hz will be able to display 120fps, twice the frames of a 60Hz monitor.
