I ordered a sheet of underlayment from my local lumber yard, and they wound up delivering a sheet of pressure treated ply, stamped ground contact / general use. (I believe it's "Hoover Micro-Guard").

You can save space by doing away with the beams and just use double rim on the sides and hanger the joists #2 will do the job it would all be 2 x 10s for me. Galvanized everything attached and now protect the top of the joists with a waterproof something.

I jacked the shed up, pulled the old frame out, made a new 2x6 frame with 3/4" P/T ground contact plywood, pushed the new frame under the shed, lowered it down and anchored it to meet code.
