2017年8月17日 · You don't need a 3DS flashcart to install CFW. If you are on an older firmware, you can do it without any extra hardware at all. If you are on certain newer firmware, you need a regular DS flashcart with ntrboot.

If you somehow can't get either of those for whatever reason, then the r4isdhc.co.hk or r4isdhc.co.cn (they're both the same, really) will be good enough.
