Tiers start at Tier 1 for levels 1-10 and go all the way up every ten levels until you get to to Tier 5++ at level 60. At level 10, Ripperdocs will start selling two Sandy models and two Berserk models. Presumably more models start at later tiers, so you probably want to check for new Cyberware at levels 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60.

Should I avoid picking up legendary items until I’m max level?
2022年4月22日 · A lvl 20 unique weapon fully upgraded to Legendary will never be as strong as a weapon picked up at lvl 50. Ir you however have picked an unique weapon at a low lvl, dont craft them into the higher tier unless you are level 50. It will have a massive dmg bump when crafted on lvl 50. After that you can upgrade it even further for full potential.

Can you upgrade the quality of a piece of gear to a higher tier?
2020年12月18日 · I don't think you can upgrade a common all the way to legendary. I could be wrong though haven't tried that far, but there are different crafting specs for gear from common to legendary. Tell you what, I'll run an experiment later with a piece of common gear and upgrade it a bunch of times, and see what happens.

Anyone else having some Legendary gear just... not spawn?
2021年1月9日 · The legendary Fixer shoes — normally found in a blue van on a ramp in Japantown, near the Crescent & Broad travel data terminal — are just straight up absent from my playthrough. The van is supposed to contain a body and and legendary clothing item — neither is present. Restarting the game didn’t help.

2020年12月17日 · Crafting stuff can provide random results sometimes, I crafted like 20 legendary pairs of legs to test and the most slots they had was 3, anyway. Stuff like shirts and jackets seem to have a 4 slot limit, though. Guess it's random. Don't ask me about helmets and facewear, I don't wear them.
