2023年9月24日 · Navigate to the "NVRAM INSTALL" option from the menu, and press (A) to proceed with the installation. Once installed, boot into Gateway mode with the red card inserted. Press 'Select' and launch "DevMenu.3ds" from the multi-ROM menu. Start "DevMenu" and import the "mset_<region>.cia" file from your SD card.

2024年10月18日 · The blue light flash typically means that the 3ds can't find the arm9loaderhax.bin file on the sd. Step one, I'd suggest checking the card to make sure its not bad / corrupted / whatever. Try another sd and see if that works.
