Is Seiko Kinetic Bad Or Is It Just Old Technology?
2022年2月12日 · With my interest now peaked I started researching the watch and came across quite a few Seiko Kinetics of all types, many of which were priced fairly low for what seem to be decent watches. My question is; are the kinetic watches bad? I understand the technology is kind of strange and maybe dated, but why so cheap?

2020年10月15日 · If the Kinetic movement still works, I would suspect in the hands of a pro watch tinkerer and with the abundance of stems and crowns around (Troll through Cousins Watch parts) something could be done to keep it active.

2023年4月21日 · Kinetic watches are odd, I prefer automatics or mechanical pieces personally. My guess is your capacitor is shot and needs to be replaced. No idea otherwise. Probably needs a capacitor but you would want to have the movement serviced at the same time since the oil in there is probably shot too.
