2019年6月4日 · Nice looking handle with a decent synthetic knot. Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area. Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.

While I favor the brush/mug/soap method, I appreciate the simplicity and ease of using Cremo and I love this scent. Smooth shave.

2011年1月3日 · Tulip wood taken as far as possible (or almost..) with shellac. Sanded to 600 grit, 2 coats of tung oil. The tung-oil had a bath with some alkanna-root beforehand , to really bring out the red in the tulip wood. 24 hour drying, sanded again with 600 grit & then I "slurried" the sandind dust from the wood with 50/50 tung-oil/naptha.

This was my first time using a Wizamet in the Yates, and while it's a go-to blade for me in many razors, I'm not sure it's the best match for the Yates.
