Microsoft's documentation is confusing as they only show 2 calling plans for domestic and international options, not the sub-plans that are available under domestic calling. The reporting on pool usage doesn't make it clear, as it mainly references the plans, and not the pools that the plans are essentially made of, seems very vague.
