2022年2月26日 — The benefit of ordering from Costco is that you can return it all if not happy in 4 months, 6, 8 or longer based on Costco policy versus 60 days return policy from lovesac. Curious to know the price on the “large sac”. Guessing it’s most likely worth the cost of membership. 🤔.

Just got a text from my local showroom manager that starting Friday 11/3, Lovesac will be offering 30% off for Black Friday, with an additional 5% Heroes discount. The specific wording used - "start with 30%" does make me wonder if it might get higher closer to Black Friday?

Our sales lady said they do the 30% pretty frequently. Find out when your nearest Costco is showing them. You can then order is through Costco. You will get a much better deal with a ton of shit. 6 seats, 8 sides, 4 pillows, 2 blankets, 2 cup holders, 4 storage seats, a big ass bean bag and a coffee table.

I bought a lovesac in May with the 40% off coupon. I ordered through showroom and didnt have any problems. I find that directly emailing the showroom is the best way to communicate. I bent a foot a few weeks ago. I followed the directions on the website for the warranty and had two new ones within 48 hrs.

2020年10月21日 — I call the Lovesac store. The manager was able to find my purchase order and sent me the receipt. So now I have to wait to get my Synchrony Lovesac card in the mail (7 Days) to get my account number, (I was sent the number but my computer crashed!) ,then register it online to find my order. I should have just went to the mall to the Lovesac store!
