The brother of a teenager killed on Bloody Sunday has said it was “heart breaking” that former head of the British army, General Sir Mike Jackson was never held accountable for his actions.

British soldier Mike Jackson, who died on October 15, was second in command on Bloody Sunday in Derry in 1972.
