Sherwin-Williams 3Q Adj EPS Short of Views on Weak DIY Demand
The Cleveland-based paint maker logged third-quarter earnings of $806.2 million, or $3.18 a share, up from $761.5 million, or $2.95 a share, a year earlier. Stripping out certain one-off items, Sherwin posted adjusted earnings of $3.37 a share, short of the average Wall Street target of $3.55 a share, as tallied by FactSet.
