It’s coming a little later than we initially thought, but The Pokémon Company (TCPi) has finally announced when Pokémon TCG Pocket’s long-awaited trading functionality is rolling out. Today, TCPi revealed that,

Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket developer Creatures Inc. has finally unveiled how the incoming trading feature will work, but the community response was so poor it had to release a follow-up response.

Regarding the cards that can be modified, it is confirmed for the moment that all basic cards will be available for modification, i.e. between levels 1 and 4 diamonds. This includes the original Ex cards. Among the “rarer” cards, only level 1 Star cards, i.e. the most basic cards of the rank, can be exchanged.
