At 5:28 p.m. SpaceX launched the Optus-X satellite for Australian telecommunication company, Optus. The rocket lifted off from Kennedy Space Center's Pad 39A, traveling on a due east trajectory. With clouds in the area, most on the Space Coast only saw a short glow before the rocket disappeared.

A SpaceX rocket launch is scheduled for liftoff, and depending on weather and cloud cover, it may be visible from Daytona, New Smyrna, Ormond Beach.

Currently, SpaceX's Starship Flight 6 test flight is scheduled to launch no earlier than Monday, Nov. 18, at 5 p.m. EST (2100 GMT) from the company's Starbase site in South Texas,
