网络购物中，侵犯消费者权益的现象层出不穷，其中“货不对板”的情况时有发生。近期，北京市西城区人民法院就审理了这样一起案件，消费者在电商平台大促期间购买了一台高配电脑，但实际收到的电脑配置却较低，为此多次要求换货但被平台拒绝。法院审理后认为，消费者收到的电脑CPU型号与商家展示不同，存在配置变低的事实，据此以商家欺诈为由作出了“退一赔三”的判决。
