Rajputana Stainless files draft papers for IPO, firm plans to set up new manufacturing plant
The IPO will be a combination of fresh issue of 1.9 crore equity shares, and an offer-for-sale of 35 lakh shares by promoter Shankarlal Deepchand Mehta.
