A crash is blocking a portion of I-90 eastbound in Lake County Monday afternoon as cold and snow continue in Northeast Ohio.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP), the crash happened on I-90 in Leroy Township around 3:15 p.m. The OSHP said the truck was plowing the shoulder of the road when a car rear ended it.
