Such an easy way to get between New York and Boston. Trains are efficient, easy to navigate, conductors are super helpful and friendly. Train carts are spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our train… sshb2023的完整评论

Very disorganized poorly run company. They are scammers and liars and cannot be trusted. Have spent 15+ hours on hold getting ba run around from customercserrvice waiting on hold. Please boycott Zachary B的完整评论

Both times I took quite car from DC to Newport News and not one attendant invoked the quiet room some people get on there speak on speakerphone loud and cussed and no one says a word or comes through… Dev G的完整评论
